- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine tomatoes, onion, vinegar, and cheese; set aside.
- 2 cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
