Ingredients

- 12 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 1/4 cups soy sauce
- 3/4-1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 -5 inches fresh ginger, crushed
Recipe
- 1 wash and drain chicken.
- 2 combine sauce ingredients.
- 3 combine chicken and sauce in a pot. bring to a boil and cook until chicken is tender, 20-30 minutes. skim sauce. thicken with flour or cornstarch. bring to a boil again and serve.
