Sweet Sesame Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken thighs in the slow cooker. whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
  • 2 cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.
