Tanya's Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts (thin sliced)
- 1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 combine crumbs, parmesean, oregano, garlic, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2 sprinkle each thin-sliced breast with cheese; roll-secure with tooth picks.
- 3 melt remaining butter; roll chicken in butter and then dip in bread crumb mixture to cover. lay in sprayed glass baking dish, drizzle prepared chicken with extra melted butter.
- 4 refridgerate for four hours.
- 5 bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
