Tanya's Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts (thin sliced)
  • 1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 combine crumbs, parmesean, oregano, garlic, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 2 sprinkle each thin-sliced breast with cheese; roll-secure with tooth picks.
  • 3 melt remaining butter; roll chicken in butter and then dip in bread crumb mixture to cover. lay in sprayed glass baking dish, drizzle prepared chicken with extra melted butter.
  • 4 refridgerate for four hours.
  • 5 bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
