Triple Spice Chicken

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup black pepper
  • 1 cup garlic salt
  • 8 drops tabasco sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut the breasts from the side, like as if you're butterflying them only you completely cut them through.
  • 2 in a medium size bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients thoroughly. using tongs, dredge the chicken with the spices.
