South Beach Broccoli Apple Walnut Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 -2 cup broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 2 -3 tablespoons low-fat blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix all above ingredients together. serve immediately.
  • 2 (sometimes i add cubed chicken breast).
