Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 5 tablespoons smart balance butter spread, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425.
  • 2 put sliced potatoes into a bowl.
  • 3 sprinkle the butter spread over the potatoes and mix.
  • 4 put the potatoes into a rectangular glass baking dish.
  • 5 pour chicken broth over the top.
  • 6 cover the dish tightly with alluminum foil.
  • 7 bake at 425 for 30 minutes covered.
  • 8 remove the aluminum foil.
  • 9 bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are brown on top and the liquid is absorbed.
