Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 5 tablespoons smart balance butter spread, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 put sliced potatoes into a bowl.
- 3 sprinkle the butter spread over the potatoes and mix.
- 4 put the potatoes into a rectangular glass baking dish.
- 5 pour chicken broth over the top.
- 6 cover the dish tightly with alluminum foil.
- 7 bake at 425 for 30 minutes covered.
- 8 remove the aluminum foil.
- 9 bake for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are brown on top and the liquid is absorbed.
