Ingredients

- 3 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces greek yogurt, low fat
- 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 1. in a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well.
- 2 2. add chicken and marinate in the refridgerator for 24 hours. remove toe chicken and discard marinade.
- 3 3. preheat broiler or a gril pan on the stovetop.
