Tandoori Chicken Healthy

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces greek yogurt, low fat
  • 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts

Recipe

  • 1 1. in a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well.
  • 2 2. add chicken and marinate in the refridgerator for 24 hours. remove toe chicken and discard marinade.
  • 3 3. preheat broiler or a gril pan on the stovetop.
  • 4 4. broil of grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side.
