The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip!

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast (i usally put in the oven for 350 degrees for 40 min and throw in a bit of texas pete hot sauce to ma)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese (cheddar, sharp cheddar, mexican, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup texas pete (texas pete buffalo sauce a must for this dip, we like sweet baby rays buffalo sauce but texas pete m)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon ranch dressing mix (do not sub. the actual liquid dressing... dry mix a must. add more or less depending on your taste.)

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients until well blended without lumps, add your chicken (we think it's better with chunkier chicken, than shredding chicken).
  • 2 the best part about this dip is that you can throw it together super quick- no need to let it sit in a crockpot -- but you can always make it and transfer to a crockpot for large parties- trust me, you will want to make loads!
