Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- roast turkey drippings
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups water
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 after turkey has been roast, pour juices from turkey into a large measuring cup.
- 2 skim off all fat, reserving a ¼ cup of it.
- 3 discard rest of fat.
- 4 pour fat into a medium sized saucepan.
- 5 stir in ¼ cup flour.
- 6 in measuring cup, add enough water or chicken broth to equal 2 cups.
- 7 turn stovetop to medium heat and slowly pour in juices/water or chicken broth mixture.
- 8 stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
- 9 salt& pepper to taste.
- 10 enjoy!
