- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch dried basil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken in olive oil.
- 2 pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar into pan.
- 3 generously sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.
- 4 cover and simmer 10 minutes.
