Slow Cooker Black Chicken

Ingredients

- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 the evening before, place chicken in slow cooker.
- 2 mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic, and salt & pepper. sprinkle this mixture over the chicken and refrigerate over night.
- 3 in the morning mix together the soy sauce and corn syrup and pour over the chicken.
- 4 cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
