Stuffed Cheddar Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 brush or spray grill rack with oil.
- 2 heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
- 3 flatten each chicken breast to 1/4" thickness.
- 4 between plastic wrap or waxed paper.
- 5 sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- 6 cut cheese into 4 slices.
- 7 place 1 slice in center of each breasts.
- 8 roll chicken around cheese, folding in sides.
- 9 brush with butter.
- 10 cover and grill rolls, seam sides down 4 to 5" from medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
- 11 serve chicken with sour cream and salsa.
- 12 sprinkle with cilantro.
