The Best Chicken Alferdo Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) box jiffy pizza crust mix
- 1 (15 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 10 slices provolone cheese
- 1 rotisserie chicken (2-3 lbs chicken,meat picked off and cut into pieces)
- 8 slices bacon, chopped in small pieces
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix pizza dough as directed on box and bake for 8 mins at 425 degrees.
- 2 in a sauce pan cook bacon until crispy, with the bacon drippings saute onions until tender. set aside until ready to assemble pizza.
- 3 once the pizza crust is has cooked, put on the alfredo sauce,( i use about 1 cup).
- 4 then the provolone cheese, then the chicken, then the onion and bacon, next the mozzarella cheese, then the tomato, and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top.
- 5 bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 min let cool for about 5-10 min before serving.
