Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, cubed
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/3 cup medium heat salsa (i used 1 whole jar of hot)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl.
- 2 chill for 30 minutes to meld flavors or serve immediately, with tortilla chips.
- 3 can be used as a dip or accompaniment relish for meat, chicken and fish.
