Turkey Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup kraft light zesty italian dressing
  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup ketchup, divided
  • 1 (6 ounce) package stove top low-sodium chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 cook onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. remove from heat; cool slightly.
  • 3 combine meat, 1/4 cup of ketchup, the stuffing mix, water, egg whites and onions; mix well. place meat mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish; shape into oval loaf. spread with remaining 1/2 ketchup.
  • 4 bake 1 hour or until cooked through sprinkle with cheese; bake for additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
