Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup kraft light zesty italian dressing
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 3/4 cup ketchup, divided
- 1 (6 ounce) package stove top low-sodium chicken stuffing mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 cook onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. remove from heat; cool slightly.
- 3 combine meat, 1/4 cup of ketchup, the stuffing mix, water, egg whites and onions; mix well. place meat mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish; shape into oval loaf. spread with remaining 1/2 ketchup.
- 4 bake 1 hour or until cooked through sprinkle with cheese; bake for additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
