Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken liver
- 1 small chopped onion
- 8 pieces large mushrooms
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- butter
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 boil livers.
- 2 chop or grind liver; add onion, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
- 3 clean and stem mushrooms.
- 4 stuff with liver mixture.
- 5 place in baking dish with a little butter in each mushroom.
- 6 bake for 30 min to 1 hr depending on size of mushrooms.
- 7 sprinkle chopped parsley,
- 8 serve hot.
