Szechuan Green String Beans

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups cooking oil, plus
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 3/4 lb string bean, trimmed and cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ground lamb
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat 2 cups of the oil in a wok and add the beans.
