Szechuan Green String Beans

Ingredients

- 2 cups cooking oil, plus
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3/4 lb string bean, trimmed and cleaned
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ground lamb
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 heat 2 cups of the oil in a wok and add the beans.
- 2 fry for one minute or until soft.
- 3 drain.
- 4 in a sauté pan, add the remaining oil and heat.
- 5 add the beans, garlic, minced lamb, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and broth.
