Tandoori Chicken

Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 300 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

Recipe

  • 1 blend crushed garlic, yogurt, garam masala, paprika, ginger, chili powder, mustard powder, and turmermic together.
  • 2 take the chicken breasts and slash the flesh 3 or 4 times.
