- 1 bunch collard greens, washed and torn into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup distilled vinegar
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 ham hock
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a big pot and cover with water.
- 2 simmer on low for at least one hour.
- 3 drain and serve.
