Spicy Southern Collard Greens

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 bunch collard greens, washed and torn into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup distilled vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 ham hock
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a big pot and cover with water.
  • 2 simmer on low for at least one hour.
  • 3 drain and serve.
