Ingredients

- 3 cups tangerine juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili paste with garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. lower heat to a simmer and cook uncovered until it reduces into a syrup-like consistency.
- 2 if you like the sauce hotter, add additional chli-garlic paste.
- 3 toss wings in this sauce and serve.
