Tangerine & Chili Chicken Wing Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 3 cups tangerine juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste with garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. lower heat to a simmer and cook uncovered until it reduces into a syrup-like consistency.
  • 2 if you like the sauce hotter, add additional chli-garlic paste.
  • 3 toss wings in this sauce and serve.
