Turkey Marsala

Ingredients
- cooking oil
- 1 lb oz turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- garlic salt
- flour, for dredging
- 1 ounce chopped onion
- 1 diced shallot
- 1 1/2 ounces mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 ounces turkey or 3 ounces chicken broth
- 2 ounces marsala wine
Recipe
- 1 heat oil.
- 2 cut turkey breast into scallop pieces.
- 3 sprinkle garlic salt on turkey scallops.
- 4 brown turkey pieces.
- 5 add mushrooms, garlic, onion, shallot.
- 6 brown, then drain excess oil.
- 7 add broth and wine.
- 8 reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens.
