Turkey Marsala

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • cooking oil
  • 1 lb oz turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • garlic salt
  • flour, for dredging
  • 1 ounce chopped onion
  • 1 diced shallot
  • 1 1/2 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 ounces turkey or 3 ounces chicken broth
  • 2 ounces marsala wine

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil.
  • 2 cut turkey breast into scallop pieces.
  • 3 sprinkle garlic salt on turkey scallops.
  • 4 brown turkey pieces.
  • 5 add mushrooms, garlic, onion, shallot.
  • 6 brown, then drain excess oil.
  • 7 add broth and wine.
  • 8 reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens.
