Sticky Chipolatas

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 500 g chipolata sausages, i use chicken
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce, more if you so desire

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in non stick pan.
  • 2 cook sausages 10 minutes or till golden.
  • 3 stir together remaining ingredients.
  • 4 pour over sausages.
  • 5 simmer, stirring for 5 minutes till well glazed.
  • 6 serve sprinkled with rosemary leaves if you so desire.
