Turkish Sulu Patates ("watery" Potatoes)

Ingredients

- 5 potatoes (cubed)
- 2 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 tomatoes (see step 1 for preparation)
- 1 medium onion (minced)
- 1 tablespoon red pepper paste (plus some or large tbsp)
- 4 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 cut the tomatoes in half, dividing the top from the bottom. in a medium-large pot use a grader to shred the tomatoes until all that is left is the skin. discard the skin.
- 2 adding onions, pepper paste, and oil to pot, stir over high heat until onions are soft.
- 3 add potatoes, cook 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- 4 add chicken, cook until just .
- 5 add hot water until food is covered (a little more than 2 drinking glasses should be enough).
- 6 cook until potatoes are done (~25 minutes).
