- 1 -1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. put chicken in dish in single layer.
- 3 mix salsa and yogurt and spread over chicken.
- 4 sprinkle with cheese.
- 5 bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
