Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, disjointed
Recipe
- 1 season chicken with salt and pepper.
- 2 dip chicken pieces into milk.
- 3 dip into egg
- 4 coat again with flour.
- 5 fry chicken in 350* deep fat for 20-30 min or until browned and tender.
- 6 drain on absorbent paper.
- 7 serve immediately.
