Potato Curry Chowder

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 quart chicken stock
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 large potatoes, cubed
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper in slow cooker. cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • 2 turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes; stir in combined milk and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes. season to taste with salt and pepper.
