Roseanne's Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 chicken (broiler cut up)
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 4 tablespoons butter (4 tablespoons butter aside melted)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup lemon (juice)
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

• 1 coating chicken: combine in a bag flour, salt, cayenne pepper put chicken in bag and shake until coated. take chicken out and shake off excess and put aside prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 pan with the 4 tablespoons of melted butter place chicken in pan and turn chicken to coat with butter on all sides bake uncovered at 350 fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
• 2 sauce: mix all sauce ingredients pour over chicken bake chicken in sauce basting constantly for 45 minutes with drippings and serve.
