- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
- 2 cups finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup hellman mayonnaise (no substitute)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- 2 stir to blend.
- 3 add pepper and salt and mix thoroughly.
- 4 chill before serving.
